Which engagement model should I choose?

What is a discovery sprint?
A discovery sprint is a short, paid engagement of about 2–3 weeks where we run workshops, define scope and architecture, build a clickable prototype and produce a fixed estimate and roadmap. It reduces risk before a large investment.
Can we start small and scale the team later?
Yes. Many clients start with a discovery sprint or a small team and add designers, engineers or QA as the product grows.
